These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://cookora.in (the "Website") and your purchase of digital products from Cookora Theme ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Product

We sell a digital bundle of 49+ WordPress & Shopify website themes listed on the Website, for a one-time payment of ₹99 (inclusive of all charges). No physical product is shipped.

2. License & Usage

• You may use the themes for your own websites, client websites and dropshipping stores.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share or upload the bundle files themselves, free or paid.
• Third-party themes and plugins remain subject to the licenses of their original authors.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice; the price shown at checkout applies to your order.

4. Delivery

Access to the bundle is delivered digitally immediately after successful payment. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

5. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Disclaimer

The products are provided "as is". Results from using the themes depend on your own effort, and we do not guarantee any income or business outcome. This Website is not affiliated with Facebook, Google, Shopify or the WordPress Foundation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh.
